My client a Critical Access Hospital in Wyoming is seeking a Permanent DON to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on working DON with a BSN and extensive leadership experience. The position will report up to the CEO and will have 4 reports, report up to them. The area is a family-friendly, small-town community nestled between the beautiful Rocky and Sierra Madre Mountains. This location is highly known for its breathtaking scenery which offers hiking, camping, blue ribbon fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing to name a few.
