Description

A thriving critical access hospital in the beautiful state of Wyoming is seeking full-time, permanent CRNAs to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, with a competitive salary of $305k, a sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and an impressive 13 weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually.
