Quick Facts

  • $500k+ base salary with a $100k+ sign-on bonus
  • Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am – 5 pm
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Must have a Wyoming license (or be willing to obtain)
  • Join several FMs, IMs, and psych physicians with a full mid-level support staff
  • Must be extremely experienced in the complexities of chronic disease management
  • A now doctor is preferred, but new graduates will be considered
  • Must be board certified or board eligible
