Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule with phone call only every 3rd week
Outpatient clinic seeing 15 – 16 patients per day
Board-certified, board-eligible, or experienced GPs/ACNs welcome
Minimum 1 year of managed care experience required
Strong Medicare Advantage background preferred
Bilingual in Creole highly preferred
