Quick Facts

  • 12-hour shifts, 8am – 8pm, 7 days per week coverage
  • Average 3 patients per hour
  • Urgent care setting with multiple locations
  • Provider works independently
  • All ages treated — pediatric to geriatric patients
  • Procedures include suturing, wound care, splinting, and IV placement
  • EKG and X-ray interpretation required
  • Floating limited to 3 – 4 facilities within 30-mile radius
