35 guaranteed hours per week
Skilled nursing facility
Patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities
1 year OT experience required, new grads with Level II experience okay
LTC or rehab experience required
13-week assignment
