Large Hospital Pharmacy Director needed in Northern Florida - $200K+ salary

A large, well-respected hospital in northwestern Florida is seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to guide all pharmacy services within a major regional health system. This is a high-visibility role in a mission-driven, quality-focused organization known for strong specialty programs and excellent patient care.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), along with a minimum of three years of 500 beds or larger hospital pharmacy management experience. Prior director-level experience in a similar setting is preferred. Florida licensure is preferred. However out-of-state pharmacists can now transfer more easily under recent legislation.
