A growing health system in North-Central Montana is seeking a Pharmacy Director to oversee pharmacy operations across its hospital, infusion pharmacy, and affiliated clinics. Candidates must have a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and some hospital pharmacy leadership experience. Hospital Director experience is preferred, but less experienced leaders may be considered. A Montana pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one before starting is required. Strong leadership, financial management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff development skills are important. Retail-only experience will not qualify.
