1:4 weekend and weekday call with a post-call day off; call is from home
Call days start at noon; call-backs mostly for C-sections and abdominal cases
Medically directed model, 1:2 – 1:4 at most, with CRNAs taking first call
Cases include cath lab, TAVR, EP, ortho, cardiology, and OB; no trauma
Cardio experience is a plus; CVT cases required; TEE not required
Collegial team of four physicians emphasizing patient safety and open communication
